What exactly do you set up?

I organize and configure your vacation rental systems, listings, booking platforms, and guest communications to ensure everything works together seamlessly.

Do you manage my property after launch?

No. I handle the initial setup and hand everything over to you for confident self-management. I do not provide ongoing property management services.

Do you need to visit my property?

I can often complete the setup remotely using your property photos and information. If you would like an in-person meet, we can set up a viewing.

What information do I need to provide?

I require a detailed questionnaire, your property photos, and information about your current booking platforms and guest communication preferences.

What booking platforms do you work with?

I work with Airbnb, VRBO, Booking and Lodgify. Lodgify is the property management system. I can set you up on other booking sites independently. I configure your channel connections for maximum visibility.

Can you help if I already have an Airbnb?

Yes. I can refresh and optimize your existing listing to ensure it is fully optimized for self-management and guest satisfaction.

Can you help me transition away from a property management company?

Definitely. I provide the systems and organization needed to transition your business from a managed property to a self-managed one.

How long does setup take?

The setup typically takes 1-2 weeks depending on the complexity of your property and the number of platforms we need to configure.

Can I request changes before everything is finalized?

Yes, I would be happy to make revisions to your setup before launch. I treat your property as our own and are dedicated to getting it exactly right.

What happens after the setup is complete?

I hand over a fully organized vacation rental that you can confidently self-manage. I also provide a final walkthrough and a detailed handover guide.

Is there ongoing payments?

Lodgify and Pricelabs do have subscriptions that you would need to purchase if you went with them. For clients using multiple platforms, I do recommend having Lodgify and Pricelabs - as it makes running your platforms easier to manage and have everything on one property management software.
