01 Tell Me About Your Property

Tell me a little about your property and what you're looking for. Once you're ready to move forward, I'll send you an easy-to-follow property questionnaire covering everything I need to know—from bedrooms and amenities to house rules, photos, guest access and how you'd like your rental to operate.

You provide the property details. I take it from there.

02 I Build Your Rental System

I take the information you've provided and build your customized vacation rental setup. This will include your own property management website/app that you can manage all your reservations and communicate with your guests.

Everything is organized and connected with one goal: making your rental as simple as possible for you to manage.

03 Review, Handoff & Start Hosting

Your setup is made. Now it's yours.

You'll review everything I've created and have the opportunity to request any final changes. Once you're happy with the setup, I'll walk you through how everything works and hand it over to you.

Your systems are connected, your automations are ready, and your property is prepared to start accepting guests.

You take over with the tools to self-manage confidently from day one.
